In automatic powder coating, 10 or more guns are often installed in parallel on one reciprocator. Each gun has a cascade and this requires an HS control unit. This means that the same number of HV controls are required as the number of guns, which represents an enormous cost factor.
With the smart-E 110c intelligent powder cascade, the HV controls are no longer required as they are already integrated in the cascade.
In addition, the electronics directly in the cascade enable a completely new and precise control technology. In contrast to commercially available powder cascades, the smart-E 110c is extremely powerful and delivers more than enough power even at low distances from the workpiece.
Customized designs are easily possible.
