Our proven high-voltage discharger is now also available as a stand-alone device for operation on existing systems. The smart-D 210 discharges 100 kV to 0 V in less than one second. This enables enormous cycle time reductions to be achieved, particularly when painting and using bell cleaners.

Our attenuated high-voltage cable dampens electrical arcs in painting systems around the globe. Since the beginning of 2015 the smart-E 310 and smart-E 510 have had a safety feedback worldwide of Performance Level d.
For a long time discharging high-voltage electronically without current spikes was only a dream, which has now become reality through the electronic discharger from SCHNIER. The discharger works independent of location and discharges 100 kV to 0 in one second. Paint systems are even more safe through the combination of discharger and smart-E with Performance Level d.
