The module production
In 2017 the new module production was acquired. 120 sqm offer adequate space for optimally manufacturing high-voltage assemblies.
The testing laboratory
The modern test lab, built the end of 2017, offers optimal conditions for piece testing and documentation of the test results.
Vacuum casting in the clean room
In order to meet our high quality demands, our automatic vacuum casting facility is in a clean room. This ensures the maximum degree of casting quality.
Potting under vacuum
The epoxy resin is cast under vacuum into the molds fully automated. Resin and hardener are evacuated at least 12 hours before casting. Only when the raw material is free of air bubbles can the casting begin. This guarantees the maximum possible, air-free casting quality.
Laser marking
The in-house laser inscription system makes us extremely flexible in the marking of our devices. The laser inscription is permanent and solvent resistant.

3D design
Through our own 3D design we are able to provide our customers with 3D files and modified pictures long before building the first prototypes. There are 3D files for our standard assemblies ready for download from our homepage.

The mechanics
All mechanical series production parts are manufactured by our specialized partners. However the own mechanics facilitates the prototyping and makes us enormously flexible.
